Submitted for review two-and-a-half weeks before the New York City Council voted to ban cigarette smoking from bars and restaurants, NYC designer Mark Cameron Naden predicted the outrage of city smokers.

Most smokers with a sense of humor would enjoy one of these by their restaunt tables in the appriopate setting. Then again, I can't claim to like anything that promotes smoking.
