There once was an overprotective vet,
Whose wiener he would never let get wet.
He made an umbrella,
For his little fella,
But let him drench every passing hydrant.

Ohh , my gosh. I had to get this for my dog, and little boots, cause she is so spoiled and she won't go for a walk in the rain!!!! Or even if the ground is wet.

I, too, have a cocker spaniel. This item is SO neccessary in the Pacific northwest. It rains A LOT and my pooch won't crap in the really bad weather. I stand out in torrent waiting and waiting. She wants to go inside where it is warm. Sooner or later she lets loose on the floor.

I just stumbled on this website and couldn’t believe my eyes: WHAT IS MY INVENTION DOING HERE?! I kid you not: this umbrella for pets is my patented invention. My cocker spaniel inspired me to create this simple device that protects him from an inclement weather. People who make fun of my invention probably never even had a dog. They are incapable of understanding how unconditional love moves us “dog people” to go outdoors even in the most unpleasant weather to accommodate our four-legged friends. However, all of you dog owners out there will most definitely appreciate the fact that you no longer have to spend extra time on the rain trying to convince your dog to “do his business” quickly when all he wants is to get back indoors! You can also save a lot of money on grooming cost and vets as well as keep your home cleaner by not having a wet dog running around trying to dry himself on your rugs and furniture. I love it! Are they on the market yet? If so, where can I purchase one? Please, let me know I really do like the idea. Being dog crazy may help. Anyone who really loves their dogs knows how they hate to go out in the rain. Waiting to hear from you. Joan

Is it me, or does it look potentially like you can fold the pet up INSIDE the umbrella? "Uhhh, Bob, why is your umbrella barking?"

I absolutly love this idea. it is great. there should be more people in this world that can invent amazing things like this.

in a strong wind, your puppy could actually take flight. at which point, you'd effectively have a flying noose. definitely potential for a disney movie...

This and plastic surgery for pets are going to be the next big trends.
