This highly complicated medical apparatus should make remote surgery a breeze. Rumor has it that you can open a rib-cage with one recitation of "Here is the church, and here is the steeple. Open the door and here are the people."

One thats more interesting was something I saw in Japan, where they actually figured out how to interpret and control brainwaves to move such devices. The surgeon would place this thing on his head and it would essentially read his thoughts and perform those actions onto a robot hand.
