Sorry, you can't take organs from cadavers. Those are used strickly for educational purposes. Organs can't be left in a donor at all if they are to be used. They are harvested as quickly as possible after death and then transported to the OR where the recipient is already prepped for implantation. The purpose of this device is to recreate the normal circulation for medical studies without having to open up a living human being.

i imagine something like this is how they keep organs working in cadavers while they are waiting to be used as transplants.
