I've actually got one of these as well. It's precisely like the one illustrated with a pressure activated vibrating point on it's top. It came with some literature on how great the item was for accupressure treatments.

Someone gave me a vibrating pen for Christmas two years ago (they gave it in a serious, non-ironic way).
